At Star Magic, we are committed to customer satisfaction.

• Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Due to the nature of our products, custom or worn items are not eligible for return.

Refunds:

• Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important:

We do not accept returns for:

• Used or damaged items caused by the customer

• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
